About crypthumb
👍 Vote to Spare — burn tokens to show you believe in them. 👎 Vote to Kill — burn tokens to declare them dead. Either way, tokens go to the dead address — on-chain, forever.
Our Mission
crypthumb is the decentralized infrastructure for token lifecycle management and community-driven market sentiment. We've engineered a transparent, on-chain ecosystem where failed projects are documented immutably, and participants are rewarded for their engagement and market insights through voting and burning.
Our protocol enables users to initiate token trials, establish community burn targets, and cast verdicts on project viability. Every interaction generates verifiable on-chain data that strengthens the ecosystem's collective intelligence. More importantly, participants earn real value through multiple revenue streams: trial initiators capture 35% of all join fees, referral partners earn 15% of every join fee, and active community members unlock exclusive badges and leaderboard recognition.
We're not just documenting crypto history — we're building a sustainable, incentive-aligned platform where transparency, accountability, and profitability converge. Every burn strengthens the network. Every trial deepens community consensus. Every referral expands the ecosystem. This is how decentralized markets should work.
Fee Structure
Every time someone joins a trial, they pay a small network fee of 0.001 ETH. This fee is split automatically and instantly on-chain by the BurnCoordinator smart contract — no middlemen, no delays.
The wallet that started the trial earns 35% of every join fee paid by participants. The more people join, the more you earn — passively.
If a participant was referred by someone, that referrer earns 15% of the join fee. If no referrer, this 15% goes to the platform.
50% of every join fee goes to the platform treasury to fund development, infrastructure, and future features.
How Trials Work
Starting a Trial
- 1. Connect your wallet and go to the Court tab
- 2. Enter the token contract address and fetch its info
- 3. Set a burn target (how many tokens must be burned)
- 4. Write your verdict — why does this token deserve a trial?
- 5. Pay 0.01 ETH start fee and confirm on-chain
- 6. Your trial is live — share it and earn 35% of every join!
Joining a Trial
- 1. Browse active trials and pick one to join
- 2. Choose your verdict: 👎 Kill (token is dead) or 👍 Spare (it will recover)
- 3. Enter the token amount you want to burn
- 4. Optionally add a referral address and your verdict
- 5. Approve the token transfer + pay 0.001 ETH join fee
- 6. Tokens are permanently sent to 0x000...dEaD
Verdict System
Each participant casts a vote: 👎 Kill (token is permanently dead) or 👍 Spare (token will recover). The community verdict bar shows the live split. When the trial ends, the majority verdict is recorded on-chain forever.
Burn Target
Trial initiators set a token amount as the burn target. A progress bar tracks how much has been burned toward the goal. Milestone emojis (🪦🔥💀☠️⚰️) mark key progress points. When the target is reached, the trial is complete.
Trial Stats
Each trial tracks: total burned, participant count, burn rate per day, average burn per person, estimated completion date, 7-day activity chart, top burners, and latest burns. All data is publicly visible in the Details panel.
Smart Contract
All trial operations are powered by the BurnCoordinator smart contract — a fully on-chain, trustless system that handles trial creation, token burns, fee distribution, and verdict recording.
- startFuneral() — Creates a new trial on-chain (0.01 ETH)
- joinFuneral() — Burns tokens + pays join fee (0.001 ETH)
- approve() — ERC-20 token approval before burn
- withdraw() — Owner withdraws platform fees
